Epirus Bottling Industry AE seeks an Intralogistics Manager for its Ioannina facilities amid continuous growth. The role ensures smooth warehouse and yard operations for loading and unloading. It drives efficiency across all internal logistics functions.
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch to maintain accuracy, flow, and operational continuity. Optimize WMS and LGV automation systems for superior inventory and material handling. Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams to align flows with business needs.
Lead supervisors, operators, and warehouse staff with daily guidance and direction. Ensure comprehensive training on WMS, LGV systems, and Health & Safety procedures. Foster a high-performing team environment focused on intralogistics excellence.
Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, productivity, and efficiency. Design process optimizations and cost reductions, then present results to management. Opportunities for skill development and career progression in a modern setting abound.
Requirements
- Degree from AEI or TEI in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in intralogistics, warehouses, or industrial environments
- Very good knowledge of WMS, ERP, and MS Office
- Good knowledge of English language
- Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and process improvement orientation
- Leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse and loading/unloading yard for smooth and efficient operation
- Oversee intralogistics functions (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch) ensuring accuracy, flow, and operational continuity
- Utilize and optimize automation systems (WMS, LGV) for effective inventory and material management
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and other departments to align internal flows with business needs
- Lead and guide intralogistics team (supervisors, operators, warehouse staff) on a daily basis
- Ensure team training on WMS, LGV, and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and develop skills
- Track and analyze KPIs (inventory accuracy, fulfillment, productivity, operational efficiency)
