Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, seeks a highly motivated self-starter to join the growing team of parts professionals. The position, under the direction of the Parts Manager, requires excelling in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations.

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries. Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas. Handle basic shipping, receiving, inbound and outbound freight, fabricate hoses, and inspect and process cores and warranty accurately.

Maintain a clean safe work environment with strong customer service skills. Perform tasks with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment, resolving problems and making sound decisions. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, effective written and verbal communication, and intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school preferred
  • Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical/parts environment
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests
  • Organized and detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
