As a regulated medical device organization, Terumo Medical Corporation relies on its Warehouse Workers to ensure the accurate and careful handling of customer orders. This role is critical to maintaining inventory integrity through the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

On a daily basis, you will process incoming shipments by unloading trucks and palletizing or re-palletizing product, confirming accuracy against packing lists. You will also be responsible for picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, selecting products according to order specifications.

You will work as part of a collaborative, respectful, and resilient team of associates and leaders around the world, bringing issues to the attention of a lead or supervisor for investigation. The role requires operating material handling equipment with proficiency and safety, and maintaining the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow TMC Quality System requirements for traceability and distribution center operations
  • Experience with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
  • High attention to detail for accurate order selection and inventory counts
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed for palletizing and re-palletizing
  • Willingness to participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities
  • Capability to bring issues to supervisor attention and assist in targeted investigations
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Follow requirements of TMC Quality System, including traceability of product and recognizing customer complaints to forward to QA
  • Process incoming shipments: unload trucks, palletize or re-palletize product, and confirm accuracy against packing list
  • Receive product and warehouse to assigned location
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency, selecting products per order specifications
  • Bring issues to the attention of lead or supervisor for investigation; may perform targeted investigations under their direction
  • Participate in all physical inventories and cycle count activities, adhering to written procedures to ensure inventory integrity
  • Operate various material handling equipment with proficiency and safety
  • Maintain warehouse in a clean and organized manner and confirm equipment is in good working condition before use
