The International Export Coordinator is responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders, working with USDA when applicable, and checking product for loading accuracy. Assist the Exports Supervisor with day-to-day responsibilities, set up appointments for USDA inspections, and pre-stage international orders for inspections and ocean container loading. Complete load manifests and B/L's for export orders shipping out. Contact suppliers for required export documentation and follow up to keep load dates on schedule.

Effectively communicate with QCCFL and Export Ops regarding international specific products and inventories. Coordinate with QCC Distribution Management and Centralized Inventory Management teams to ensure cost effectiveness of international shipments. Notify franchisees of changes or issues with product orders.

Update and maintain internal databases for quote/order tracking (DSR), demand planning & replenishment (DPR), and warehouse management system (WMS). Perform quote/order entry in Peoplesoft. Work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, available for emergency requirements outside normal hours, with possible international or domestic travel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience with loading and unloading trucks preferred
  • Forklift Certification Required with re-certification every 3 years
  • Must be able to be contacted in case of emergency
