Panavision is the world-class provider of end-to-end solutions that power the creative vision of filmmakers. We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated HGV Driver to join our Transport Team in Greenford, London, responsible for timely delivery and collection of professional equipment.
You will handle deliveries and collections for clients, vendors, and internal departments across the UK and Europe. You will ensure vehicles are roadworthy, report defects immediately, and maintain all legal driving records including tachograph details.
You will act as a professional face of the company, providing outstanding customer service and occasionally serving as a camera car driver. The role requires flexibility for a weekly shift rotation of early and late shifts, with an on-call weekend rota.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving License (Category C minimum) for HGV driving, with no serious motoring offences.
- Strong knowledge of road transport law, traffic safety, and driving restrictions.
- PC literate with the ability to use communication devices and manage digital documentation.
- Sense of urgency, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible approach to travel and working hours.
- Hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Ability to physically handle and transport heavy equipment up to 25kg as required for loading and unloading.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Willingness to work weekends on-call as part of the regular rota.
Responsibilities

- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, report defects immediately, and maintain all legal driving records including Tachograph details.
- Work closely with the hire desk and schedulers to ensure accurate job information and effective shift handovers.
- Act as a professional face of the company, providing outstanding customer service and occasionally serving as a camera car driver.
- Safely load, secure, and unload sensitive camera and lighting equipment to prevent damage during transport.
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes using navigation devices and knowledge of UK and European roads.
- Complete all necessary delivery and collection documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicate with the transport scheduler to report progress, delays, or any issues encountered on the road.
