Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of achieving cost savings
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven sourcing decisions
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and risk management practices

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect materials across multiple categories
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve cost reduction and performance targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and innovation
Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform procurement strategies and mitigate disruptions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement activities with business goals
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, including supplier evaluation and performance metrics
Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
