Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
Experience conducting supplier assessments and audits
Knowledge of supply chain risk management and mitigation
Familiarity with responsible sourcing policies and best practices
Ability to develop training on sourcing procedures
Understanding of AI applications in supply chain efficiencies

Responsibilities
