As part of our Bristol team, you'll be at the heart of our operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. This isn't just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

You'll support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching, while taking ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks. You'll also help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol, with nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities working a variety of shift patterns. The bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7, and is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Comfortable with admin tasks and systems (training provided)
A proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
Strong communication and organisation skills
A team player who thrives on getting the job done right

Responsibilities

Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching
Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks
Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters
Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift
