NAPA is New Zealand's newest Trade and Specialist customer focused business, delivering a market-leading range, expert know-how, and everyday great value. This role sees you predominately out on the road delivering parts and products to local customers.

Your day-to-day involves driving to customer locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries, and strengthening relationships through high-level service. When not on the road, you assist in the branch processing sales and preparing orders for dispatch, with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and climbing.

Requirements

Valid full driver's license (clean)
Basic knowledge of automotive parts (advantageous but not required)
Safety-focused mindset with an ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely
Punctual with excellent customer service and communication skills
Energetic, friendly personality and a positive attitude
Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, and climbing tasks

Responsibilities

Deliver parts and products to trade and specialist customers in the local area
Assist in branch with processing sales and preparing orders for dispatch when deliveries are not required
Maintain a high level of customer service to strengthen relationships with clients
Load, unload, and deliver merchandise safely and efficiently
Follow safe driving practices and maintain a constant safety focus for all road users
Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing as needed
Represent NAPA with a friendly, energetic personality and positive attitude
