About this role

Join the supportive, close-knit warehouse team at Criterion Industries, a family-owned leader in premium aluminium partitioning systems and hardware. In this hands-on role, you will pick, pack, and dispatch quality products while also making local deliveries across SEQ using a small truck (car licence only).

Your day starts early at 6:30am in Pinkenba, where you will unload deliveries, assist trade customers at the counter, and keep the warehouse clean and organised. You will also communicate with sales and despatch teams to resolve order issues and support other departments to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

Similar experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from manufacturing and warehousing
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and accuracy
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with order picking, paperwork, and basic ERP systems (preferred)
Previous stocktake experience (preferred)
