Reporting to the Lead Hand or Supervisor, you will achieve productivity targets and ensure orders are finished according to shipping schedules. You will frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand jack to load, unload, and store goods.

Requirements

Class 1 or 2 Forklift certification is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accountable and dependable.
Self-motivated with a desire to improve continuously.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work holidays and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy when receiving and recording all movements of inventory and materials to and from Fresh Start Foods facilities.
Report directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor.
Achieve productivity targets and ensure orders are finished according to shipping schedules.
Work together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
Ensure products are received to specifications.
Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
Perform other duties as required.
