About this role

Our Moncton location is seeking a warehouse worker responsible for the daily receiving, recording, and distribution of parts and materials for ongoing projects. This full-time salary position includes health and dental benefits. The role is based in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

Daily duties include receiving, storing, and organizing all incoming material, scheduling the movement of materials to and from the warehouse, and coordinating inventory transfers to various construction sites. Packing and coordination of material for shipment is also a key responsibility.

The role involves advising Project Managers of deliveries, assisting in the removal of material from the warehouse, and maintaining storage areas and yard by organizing floor space and recommending improvements. Ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse is critical.

Additional responsibilities include proper disposal of scrap materials, performing minor building maintenance and upkeep, and handling grounds maintenance such as mowing and fertilizing. The warehouse worker also assists in keeping warehouse equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and troubleshooting breakdowns.

Requirements

1-3 years’ experience in the warehousing industry
Forklift Operation
WHMIS training
Beginner Level User of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Dangerous Goods Training would be an asset
