As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you’ll get behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans and help deliver customer orders to homes. You’ll safely navigate local neighbourhoods during the day or night. You’ll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard.

You’ll work with enthusiasm, energy and pace to provide great customer experiences. Be active on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points, even up stairs. Flexible hours fit around your availability across store trading days.

Requirements

Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace
Current full or provisional Australian driver's licence with minimum 12 months' driving experience
Safe driving record consenting to police and driving history check
Confidence to safely drive and navigate busy streets, suburban roads and regional areas
Physically active, on feet lifting and carrying groceries
Availability for flexible hours across store trading days including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Drive Coles vans to deliver customer shopping orders to homes
Safely navigate local neighbourhoods during day or night shifts
Pick and pack orders to the highest standard ready for delivery
Provide great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace
Lift and carry groceries from van to delivery points including stairs
Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
