The Logistics Planner serves as a central coordination point for operational execution within the business unit, ensuring alignment across warehouse operations, material flow, and customer service requirements. This role plans and coordinates logistics activities while validating operational execution and driving performance against service level agreements.

Develop, monitor, and adjust logistics plans to support production schedules and customer demand. Coordinate material flow, inventory movement, and warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency, while aligning manpower, equipment, and resources with volume fluctuations.

Acting as a key liaison between operations leadership and the customer, this position ensures material flow and logistics plans are executed effectively. The work environment combines plant floor and office settings, with exposure to moving equipment and moderate to high noise levels, requiring personal protective equipment on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in logistics planning, supply chain coordination, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening
