The role focuses on planning, organizing, and managing logistics processes and work methods. This includes developing contracts, overseeing shipping coordination plans, and ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish.
Daily activities involve monitoring goods across transportation stages, conducting logistics status review meetings, and preparing RFIs and RFQs for freight forwarding and export packing. The manager interfaces with internal and external customers while maintaining relationships with transportation providers.

Requirements
- Managed logistics activities of at least one large scale ($1Billion+ TIC) EPC project from start to finish
- Performed FEED or similar activities for large scale EPC projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics activities for EPC projects including containers, breakbulk ocean freight, domestic transportation, heavy haul, and customs clearance
- Experience managing transportation of large process modules and commercial management of a logistics budget
- International and domestic travel may be required
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics plans including shipping coordination plans and procedures for specific projects
- Monitor goods during the different transportation stages
- Develop and provide RFIs and RFQs for freight forwarding and export packing activities
- Conduct logistics status review meetings and participate in the selection of approved logistics providers
- Manage personnel engaged in the coordination and execution of logistics services when designated as project lead
- Interface with internal and external customers to ensure expectations are achieved
- Prepare, execute, and maintain responsibility for the project logistics budget
- Promote Zero Harm culture with vendors, clients, and colleagues
