The Procurement Manager, Indirect Categories oversees the regional sourcing lifecycle across LATAM. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop category strategy, achieve cost savings, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Lead complex RFx engagements, conduct vendor due diligence, and perform category market analysis to identify savings. Negotiate high-value agreements ensuring compliance with company policies. Partner with internal stakeholders, especially Building Operations and Facilities Management, to align sourcing strategies.

Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and resolve issues within the Latin American supply base. Work in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment requiring agility and strong analytical skills. Collaborate with Finance on cross-border financial implications and regional trade regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or business-related field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; conversational proficiency in Portuguese required
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing managing complex RFx projects across Latin America
  • Experience navigating LATAM procurement landscape and regional trade/tax implications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for bid analysis
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for Indirect categories across the LATAM region
  • Lead high-value, complex RFx engagements including RFx documents and bid analysis
  • Conduct rigorous vendor due diligence and third-party risk management
  • Perform category and market analysis including spend analysis and supplier benchmarking
  • Negotiate high-value agreements with regional suppliers for optimal terms
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, focused on Building Operations and Facilities Management
  • Support supplier performance through monitoring, contract management, and issue resolution
  • Identify and implement process improvements in sourcing practices
