About this role

Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our Supply Management team across Food, Indirect, and Facilities Management categories. Reporting to the Data Architect, you’ll handle day-to-day, periodic, and ad-hoc reporting while delivering end-to-end procurement support from sourcing and tendering through to contract management, supplier performance, and project updates.

The role involves delivering reports across sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay, and supplier management. You’ll build and update dashboards in Excel/Power BI and respond to ad-hoc data requests. Additionally, maintain ETL/ELT processes, support data governance, taxonomy, and metadata management, while conducting routine data quality checks.

Work in a hybrid model with three days at the Balcatta Office and two days at home. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and analytics teams. Clearly explain data and reporting outputs to non-technical users.

Requirements

Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for managing large-scale data assets and translating complex figures into reports for leadership teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
Working knowledge of SQL, Core Data Models (CDM), and relational databases
Understanding of data structures, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting workflows
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure, and data preparation for AI and automation use cases
Strong time management, personal organisation, and consultative problem-solving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts clearly
1–3 years in analytics, supply chain, procurement, or related fields

Responsibilities

Deliver reports across sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay, and supplier management
Support global and responsible sourcing reporting requirements
Build and update dashboards in Excel/Power BI
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests
Maintain ETL/ELT processes and reporting workflows
Support data governance, taxonomy, and metadata management
Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process flows
