About this role

Aerzen USA Corp., an international manufacturer of positive displacement blowers, screw compressors, and turbo blowers, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive excellence in supply chain management. This role leads procurement, planning, inventory, and supply chain operations for the Blowers & Compressors business, ensuring reliable material availability and improving supply chain performance.

The Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute operational supply chain and procurement plans aligned with business objectives, evaluate and improve purchasing, inventory, and supplier management processes, and establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, supplier performance, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy. They will also manage material availability and replenishment parameters within ERP systems.

This role reports to the VP of Operations and leads a team of supply chain professionals, working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers while promoting company initiatives and values, and partner with departments to support demand planning, inventory management, and process improvements.

The position offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across procurement and inventory processes, identifying opportunities to consolidate vendors and strengthen procurement governance. The manager will also lead, train, coach, and develop supply chain team members, fostering a culture of inquisitiveness and evolution within a dynamic professional environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead procurement, planning, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience developing and executing operational supply chain and procurement plans.
  • Strong skills in evaluating and improving purchasing, inventory, and supplier management processes.
  • Ability to establish and monitor KPIs for inventory, supplier performance, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems for material availability and replenishment management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical forecasting and cross-functional insights.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation of supplier agreements.
  • Leadership experience in training, coaching, and developing supply chain team members.
