About this role

Marshalls is a market leader in manufacturing and supply of superior natural stone and innovative concrete hard landscaping products. We're recruiting a Class 2 Driver to join the team at Howley Park, driving 4-axle 32t rigid trucks including POD, Auger Tipper and Mixer with automatic gearboxes. Deliver one of the UK’s leading mortar products with a first-class service.

You will be the first point of face-to-face contact for customers, delivering mortar to building sites in the local area. Maintain a positive 'can do' attitude with excellent customer service skills while operating multi-compartment Pod and Mixer vehicles. Keep vehicles clean and maintained daily as the face of Marshalls Mortars and Screeds.

Put the customer at the heart of everything, staying calm and professional during challenges. Work to a high level of health and safety, ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements. Be punctual and an early riser for on-time deliveries in a supportive team environment.

Be flexible in working hours during the day and able to work alternative Saturdays due to growth and industry needs, with overtime paid. Requirements

  • Current Class 2 HGV licence with no restrictions and maximum of 3 points
  • Current Drivers CPC card
  • Experience of operating Mixer or Pod trucks (advantageous; full training provided)
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Responsibilities
