At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, serving with heart at pride by delivering products right to customers' front doors with a smile.

Your day-to-day involves loading your van with online orders, driving to customers' homes, and ensuring each delivery is a positive interaction. When you are not on the road, you will keep your van clean and fit for the next delivery, with all training provided.

During busy periods, you will support your colleagues by helping to pick and pack online orders in the store. Our team environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, with no two days the same as you build relationships with regular customers and work alongside supportive teammates.

Requirements

Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
A friendly and helpful approach to customer service with a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
Strong communication skills and a team mindset to support colleagues
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn through training provided

Responsibilities

Load your van with customer orders and deliver them directly to customers' front doors with a smile
Provide excellent customer service and be the friendly face of Asda during every delivery
Ensure your van is clean, well-maintained, and fit for the next delivery shift
Assist the store team with picking and packing online orders when the operation is busy
Follow daily delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Represent Asda's values by serving customers with heart and pride in every interaction
