About this role
Holcim UK leads in supplying innovative, sustainable building solutions to the UK construction industry, powering homes, hospitals, roads, and cities since 1858. We're seeking a dedicated, safety-focused HGV Mixer Driver to join our Ready-Mix team, regionally based for deliveries across the South West.
You'll handle the day-to-day operation of a concrete mixer truck, based predominantly at our Kessel depot but occasionally at other regional plants. Full training is provided to transition from HGV to Mixer driving, whether experienced or new to the field.

Requirements
- Valid Category C licence
- Good geographical knowledge of the South West
- Excellent awareness of safety in driving
- IT literate to learn tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers
- Safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Operate concrete mixer truck based at Kessel Ready-Mix depot
- Deliver ready-mix concrete across the South West region
- Perform day-to-day operations of HGV mixer vehicle
- Transition from standard HGV to Mixer driving with full training
- Track deliveries using company IT systems
- Maintain safety standards during all driving activities
- Occasionally operate at other plants within the region
