About this role
Join Viva Energy Australia, operating a substantial wholesale fuels business with established brands Mogas Regional, Liberty Rural, Ausfuel and Directhaul. The business distributes fuel nationwide and operates locally under Mogas Regional and Liberty Rural in South Australia. These provide solutions to customers across primary producers, industrial, mining, transport and retail industries.
Seeking an experienced driver to join the growing team and achieve goals while developing positive relationships with customers and team members across Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsula. The role is permanent full-time, primarily Monday to Friday with some weekend work during peak periods. All training provided on the job to the successful candidate.
Drivers load, transport and unload bulk petroleum and lubricants to retail, marine industry, farming enterprises, mining and transport customers. Complete daily prestart and WHS checks on vehicle and equipment while liaising professionally with customers. Follow instructions from Operations for daily duties, trip sheets, timeframes, work diary and fatigue management.

Requirements
- Current HC licence
- Dangerous Goods Licence, BFM Accreditation and Safe Load Pass (desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of current Work Health and Safety and how to operate a vehicle safely
- Willing to undertake a Police check, driving history and medical including drug and alcohol prior to employment
Responsibilities
- Load, transport and unload bulk petroleum and lubricants to retail, marine industry, farming enterprises, mining and transport customers
- Complete daily prestart and WHS checks on vehicle and equipment
- Liaise with customers in a professional manner
- Develop positive relationships with team and customers
- Follow instructions from Operations for daily duties, trip sheet and timeframes including work diary and fatigue management
- Ensure safety and compliance including Dangerous Goods and National Heavy Vehicle Requirements are always adhered to
