Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you ensure the efficiency of the supply chain, a key lever for customer satisfaction and performance.

You coordinate upstream and downstream logistics flows in close collaboration with purchasing, sales, finance, and group companies. You manage operations on multiple outsourced sites, controlling goods receipt, customer deliveries, and costs. You also handle non-conformities, stock control, transfers, and destructions while maintaining accurate system data.

You work within expert teams dedicated to specific market segments, benefiting from strong supplier partnerships. You participate in performance management of logistics partners, controlling invoices and following KPIs like service rate and OTIF improvement. You also advise and train operational staff on Incoterms, customs, and regulatory updates.

You are encouraged to contribute to transversal projects such as digitalization and tool migrations. You are expected to be a driving force for process optimization, seeking ways to facilitate business development while ensuring operational safety. Requirements

Higher education (Bac+4/5) specialized in Supply Chain.
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in international trade regulations.
Fluent English (written and oral).
Proficiency in an ERP with an MRP module.
Rigorous and organized with a strong customer service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
Pedagogical skills to train operational staff.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics operations on multiple outsourced sites, controlling goods receipt and ensuring cost control of transport and customs.
Ensure efficiency of customer deliveries while optimizing associated costs.
Manage non-conformities related to transport and storage, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Control stocks through reconciliation with logistics partners and participate in physical inventories.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and repackaging operations, and handle destruction processes.
Maintain supply chain data in information systems and advise operational staff on Incoterms, customs, and regulatory updates.
Control and validate invoices from logistics partners and follow performance KPIs such as carrier service rate and OTIF improvement.
