About this role

ADT, the #1 smart home security provider in the U.S., is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Pelham warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, receiving and stocking inventory, and shipping materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Day-to-day, you will use computer-based systems like Oracle and Perpetual Inventory to document transactions, ensure inventory accuracy, and process purchase orders for the Consumer Small Business office. You will also pull and issue hardware for installation and service jobs, replenish truck stock for fleet vehicles, and move material from shipping trucks into the warehouse.

You will work within a designated ADT Consumer Small Business office warehouse, collaborating with Service and Installation departments to maintain proper inventory levels. The role requires maintaining a safe, organized, and secure facility, and taking corrective action when compliance issues arise.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with computer-based inventory systems such as Oracle and Perpetual Inventory.
Ability to process transactions in accordance with procedures established by ADT and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.
Experience conducting physical inventories and system reviews.
Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and secure warehouse facility.
Knowledge of inventory documentation and reconciliation processes.
Ability to lift and move materials and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Completes online orders for hardware, cable, and other miscellaneous items as required for the ADT Consumer Small Business office for Service and Installation departments.
Processes purchase orders to maintain inventory levels in the SSO warehouse.
Uses Perpetual Inventory functionality daily to document transactions on equipment to and from various sub-inventories, ensuring physical and booked inventory match.
Pulls and issues hardware as required for Residential, Small Business, and Core Commercial installation and service jobs.
Replenishes truck stock for each fleet vehicle and moves material from shipping/distribution trucks into the warehouse.
Opens shipments, verifies parts ordered, unpacks, removes, and reconciles items for each department, and tracks and forwards receipts for materials purchased to Accounts.
Stocks all warehouse shelves in accordance with established stocking levels and hardware guidelines, and identifies shelf locators for the Perpetual Inventory system.
Examines equipment returned from cancelled accounts to determine if it should be repaired, replaced under warranty, returned to manufacturers for credit, or disposed of within Perpetual Inventory and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
