About this role

Element Six (E6), a global leader in synthetic diamond and tungsten carbide supermaterials and part of the De Beers Group, is seeking a Sub-Contractor / Supply Chain Analyst to support effective management of subcontracted supply and extended-workbench service providers. This role ensures continuity of supply, operational stability, and informed decision making through robust data and system integrity.

Day-to-day, you will monitor subcontractor performance, track delivery and capacity against agreed commitments, and highlight risks or deviations in subcontracted supply. You will generate and maintain supply chain KPIs, provide regular insights on lead times and trends, and support data-driven decision making through accurate, timely analysis.

Working closely with planning, operations, and suppliers, you will act as supply chain functional support across Operations, Planning, Quality, and Engineering. You will maintain supply chain master data integrity within MRP/ERP environments, perform ongoing data governance checks, and participate in workshops to clarify supply requirements and constraints.

This is a critical supply chain enablement role that offers the opportunity to apply lean supply chain principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will support the adoption of best-in-class practices and help drive operational excellence within a world-class industrial organization.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain analysis, subcontractor management, or a related role
  • Experience working within MRP/ERP environments
  • Proven ability to generate and interpret supply chain KPIs and performance data
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and system integrity
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supply chain master data integrity relating to subcontracted operations
  • Perform ongoing data governance checks to ensure system accuracy and reliability
  • Apply lean supply chain principles to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
