About this role

We're seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Lead HGV Tipper Driver, regionally based from Cauldon. You'll deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
Working Monday-Friday days on a casual contract with five days a week anticipated, you'll maintain the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care. Complete delivery tickets through smartphone apps and initial E-Learning training. Drive responsibly with excellent safety awareness in the local region.

Requirements
- Valid Category C licence
- Good geographical knowledge of the Derbyshire and Staffordshire region
- Excellent awareness of safety input into driving ability
- Comfortable using apps and E-Learning tools for delivery tickets and training
- Excellent communication skills to speak confidently with colleagues and customers
- Experience as safe driver with HGV tipper
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt across Derbyshire and Staffordshire
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care
- Operate HGV tipper truck safely from Cauldon base
- Complete delivery tickets using smartphone apps
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
- Unload materials at customer sites
- Adhere to safety protocols during loading and tipping
