You implement the Aftersales procurement and category strategy for defined subcategories and develop it continuously with the Global Category and Procurement Manager using sound analyses and benchmarks. You manage suppliers and negotiations, steering performance via relevant KPIs to ensure sustainable cost, terms, and performance improvements.

You handle cost and budget responsibility for your subcategories, initiating targeted cost reduction measures with transparent financial control and reporting. You actively contribute to contract, compliance, and risk management, supporting negotiations and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.

You collaborate closely cross-functionally with Engineering, Aftersales, and Finance interfaces to drive supplier and process improvements. Navigate confidently between brand and corporate requirements in an international environment. Pursue ongoing development in strategic procurement within agriculture technology.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable qualification; certifications like CIPS or CPSM advantageous
  • At least 3 years professional experience in strategic procurement, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong negotiation and contract management expertise on national and international levels
  • Very strong analytical skills to identify cost structures and drivers as well as conduct market and competition analyses
  • Communicative, assertive, team-oriented personality with confident English skills and international travel willingness

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Aftersales procurement and category strategy for defined subcategories and develop it continuously in close coordination with the Manager Global Category and Procurement based on sound analyses and benchmarks
  • Manage suppliers and negotiations and steer supplier performance based on relevant KPIs to ensure sustainable cost, terms, and performance improvements
  • Assume cost and budget responsibility for subcategories, initiate targeted cost reduction measures, and ensure transparent financial control and reporting
  • Contribute actively to contract, compliance, and risk management, support contract negotiations, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and sustainability standards, and derive risk mitigation measures
  • Work closely cross-functionally with Engineering, Aftersales, and Finance, drive supplier and process improvements, and navigate the tension field between brand and corporate requirements
