Park Ready-Mix, a division of Park Paving Ltd., is a locally owned and operated seasonal ready-mix concrete supplier serving Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Ready Mix Truck Driver to join our team for the 2026 construction season.

This full-time seasonal position involves operating a ready-mix delivery truck to deliver concrete to various road construction sites. Daily duties include completing pre and post trips, all daily equipment checklists, and addressing any equipment concerns to your foreman.

You will perform daily maintenance on equipment required for continued safe functioning, including checking oil levels and systems, monitoring filters, and greasing mixer rollers and fittings. When not driving, you will perform regular maintenance and labour duties associated with plant and yard operations.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong operating knowledge of concrete mixer trucks to effectively operate and maintain equipment on a day-to-day basis
  • Driving record free of any major infractions
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment and may be subject to a driving test
  • Ability to take direction from dispatch, batch, and senior personnel
  • Must be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced, safety-minded, and high-accountability environment

Responsibilities

  • Operate a ready-mix delivery truck to deliver concrete to various road construction sites in the Edmonton and surrounding area
  • Complete pre and post trips and all daily equipment checklists, addressing any equipment concerns to your foreman
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment including checking oil levels and systems, monitoring filters, and greasing mixer rollers and grease fittings
  • Complete all required daily documentation accurately and turn it in at the end of your shift
  • When not driving, perform regular maintenance and labour duties associated with the regular operations of the plant and yard
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the mixer and cab interior and exterior to company standards
  • Lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs.) as required
