PENN Entertainment is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and contract service needs at our Perryville property. This role develops and implements local procurement and distribution strategies that complement regional and national plans.

Day-to-day responsibilities include effective inventory management, coordinating with user departments to understand needs, and monitoring safety practices. The Supply Chain Manager also coordinates salvage programs to minimize storage needs and financial burden of unused goods.

Requirements

  • Experience leading procurement and contract service needs for a property or similar operation
  • Ability to develop and implement local procurement and distribution strategies
  • Strong inventory management skills with focus on cash flow and working capital
  • Proven ability to establish effective communication and collaborative processes with internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of state regulations and internal controls related to procurement
  • Experience monitoring and supporting diversity spend initiatives
  • Ability to audit procurement documentation and report potential issues to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead all procurement and contract service needs of the property
  • Develop and implement local procurement and distribution strategies to complement regional and national plans
  • Effectively manage inventory to maximize turns through planning, maintaining adequate stock levels, and appropriate fulfillment strategies
  • Establish effective communication and collaborative processes with key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate salvage programs to identify unused goods for disposition to minimize storage needs and financial burden
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Monitor and support the property's diversity spend initiatives
  • Audit procurement documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
