About this role

Creativity is our superpower. We don't just make toys—we create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans and develop children through play. Based in El Segundo, CA, this role manages sourcing execution for a specific category—Commercial, Tech, People, or Operations—across North America while engaging with global initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations, focusing on initiatives above $250K to drive cost efficiency and supplier performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting spend and market analysis to identify savings opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to align strategies, and managing supplier relationships to ensure service and compliance.

Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with Finance and Legal to manage contracts and validate savings, while supporting regional and global harmonization efforts. The team values diverse perspectives, and we strive for an inclusive culture where every member feels respected and heard.

This role offers exposure to global procurement initiatives and the chance to shape sourcing strategies that impact Mattel's supply chain. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply and grow with us.
