About this role

We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Our Customer Advocates are leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process, whether delivering vehicles to customers on the driveway or getting involved in the local community.

In this role, you will deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using our custom car haulers, which do not require a commercial license to operate. You will frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, requiring physical effort, and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive.

You will complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system, while consistently driving safe and maintaining a clean driving record. The hours for this position are from 1am to 9pm, and team members must be available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. Through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr in your first year, with four merit opportunities annually and an additional $0.50 increase every 90 days.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player
Must have or be able to obtain a Notary commission
Ability to frequently load and unload vehicles (physical work required)
Clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy
Availability to work 7 days a week, including rotating weekends and weekdays, with shifts from 1am to 9pm

Responsibilities

Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers
