LEGOLAND Florida Resort is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth flow of merchandise and materials across the resort. This hands-on role keeps operations running behind the scenes so guests enjoy unforgettable experiences. The position involves physical work in a fast-paced environment with open availability required seven days a week.

Daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks and containers, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and driving company vehicles for on-site and off-site deliveries. You will receive, verify, tag, and prepare merchandise while performing daily inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. The role also requires assembling items for shipment and keeping the warehouse clean and secure.

Work takes place in indoor, outdoor, and enclosed locations with exposure to extreme heat, cold, humidity, dust, and noise. Frequent lifting of 25 to 75 pounds is required along with the ability to work at heights up to 60 feet. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are essential for success in this physically active position.

The resort values candidates with at least six months of warehouse experience, preferably in large retail or theme park settings. Strong focus and safety awareness are needed in a busy environment where supporting other departments helps meet resort demands.

Requirements

At least 6 months of warehouse experience (large retail or theme park experience preferred)
Ability to become forklift certified and operate warehouse equipment
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older
Able to work in extreme heat and cold and lift 70 pounds
Able to work on heights as high as 60 feet
Open availability 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles
Move merchandise to storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
Drive company vehicles to deliver materials to on-site and off-site locations
Receive, verify, tag, and prepare merchandise for distribution
Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Assemble and prepare items for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment
Follow health and safety procedures and suggest improvements
