About this role
The Coca-Cola Company is constantly transforming its portfolio, from reducing sugar in drinks to innovative products. As Project Procurement Manager, lead management, implementation, and execution of technical projects. Work closely with customers, software/hardware teams, and product owners to triage field issues and develop plans meeting transformation goals.
Lead technical aspects in evaluating, troubleshooting, and implementing new products and packages with market development teams and bottlers. Collaborate on executing new technologies, processes, and solutions, providing support for promotions and line extensions. Assure continuity of supply for packages and brands by reviewing sales trends and production capacities.
Ensure raw materials and package supply supports sales growth across the end-to-end supply chain. Drive productivity initiatives with bottlers, suppliers, and system units to lower costs and improve affordability. Work with bottlers' technical teams on infrastructure and execution for business growth in manufacturing and logistics.
Support package and product quality by minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with technical policies. Coordinate cross-system and cross-functional technical projects for innovations in products, packaging, and promotions. Review prototypes, define improvements, and lead plans addressing new product technical issues.
Requirements
- Solutions-oriented with track record of successfully finalized projects
- Ability to work in teams and manage conflicting interests
- Experience leading technical projects in supply chain and procurement
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and bottling processes
- Collaboration skills with bottlers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of raw materials supply and end-to-end supply chain continuity
- Proficiency in reviewing sales trends, production capacities, and infrastructure planning
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting and implementation of new products and packages, working with market development team and bottlers
- Collaborate with technical teams in the execution of new technologies, processes, and innovative solutions and products in the market
- Assure continuity of supply of current packages and brands, reviewing sales trends, current production capacities and capabilities
- Assure raw materials and package supply to support sales growth and ensure supply continuity across end-to-end supply chain
- Drive productivity initiatives across the system, identify opportunities to lower supply chain cost
- Support package and product quality, co-lead to minimize risk and assure compliance of technical policies in bottler system
- Coordinate and lead technical projects that require cross-system and cross-functional co-operation to deliver innovations
- Lead the review of new product market performance and develop plans to address technical product issues
