Your day-to-day involves delivering parts to customers with a focus on building lasting relationships, picking up parts from vendors, and ensuring stock room inventory is accurately maintained. You will also maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance like checking tire pressure.

You will work independently in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, all while serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and face-to-face customer engagement, making it ideal for those who thrive on being busy and enjoy a sense of purpose.

This position offers flexibility for students or retirees, with a schedule that can accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will join a company focused on finding fixes for customers, where you may just find your second family.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder
Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately
Ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups made
Skill in inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
Valid Driver's License and ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions

Responsibilities
