Warehouse Worker - Part-Time

AVI Foodsystems, a respected and trusted food service company since 1960, is seeking an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Warehouse Worker, Part-time, with availability on Saturday mornings. This role involves participating in all functions of distribution and receiving for the warehouse.

Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving products into the warehouse and verifying their quantity and description. You will assemble and fill orders to be shipped, stock incoming orders, and maintain accurate physical inventories. Additionally, you will ensure all distribution and receiving is done in a timely and orderly manner.

The work environment involves exposure to temperature extremes and humidity, requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. The team culture is family-oriented and supportive. You will comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including security, and communicate any issues to management.
