About this role
Reporting to the EM&S Turkey Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator operates within the External Manufacturing & Supply perimeter for Turkey. This position contributes to business objectives across the Turkey manufacturing site while ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and internal control toolkits. It acts as the strategic link between markets, external manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
Manages end-to-end supply chain operations for external manufacturing products, optimizing logistics and inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability. Implements processes to optimize production flow and inventory while upholding Sanofi's quality and compliance standards. Coordinates export supply planning with markets and internal teams for reliable product availability.
Leverages tools like Kinaxis, SAP, and MARS database to support operations and maintain data accuracy. Coordinates with 3rd-party logistics providers for timely export dispatches and documentation readiness, including CoA, invoices, and declarations. Ensures export compliance requirements such as batch release, certificates, artwork, and labelling are met prior to shipment.
Implements and monitors Service Level Agreements with stakeholders and leads initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency. Supports new product introductions from External Manufacturing sites and monitors artwork changes to minimize costs. Collaborates with internal teams to improve Cost of Goods and supports budgetary processes while complying with the internal Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis and SAP
- Experience maintaining system master data on MARS database
- Knowledge of toll item ordering and supplier follow-up
- Familiarity with export compliance including batch release, certificates, and labelling
- Ability to define supply chain parameters like MOQ, Lead Time, and RSL
- Skills in monitoring inventory performance and OOS projections
- Understanding of pharma logistics documentation such as CoA and declarations
Responsibilities
- Implement processes to optimize production flow and inventory levels
- Ensure reliable market demand, highlight changes, and challenge demand drivers
- Consolidate and validate export demand for accurate volume overview
- Plan monthly product requirements at External Manufacturing sites, short- and long-term
- Leverage tools like Kinaxis, SAP to support operations and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with 3rd-party logistics provider for timely export dispatches and documentation
- Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements with stakeholders
- Support introduction of new products from External Manufacturing sites
