  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Track record of cost optimization, network design, and driving service level performance

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all logistics operations across the APAC region (Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy
  • Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road (LTL, FTL), air, ocean, and parcel
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers
  • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings
  • Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts, including running RFPs and negotiating contracts
  • Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with internal compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance
