This is a new role with a clear mission: to develop and strengthen data-driven ways of working within Supply Chain. You will work with large and complex datasets and transform analysis into concrete improvements that create business value.

The role involves close collaboration with Supply Planners, where you contribute analysis, challenge existing ways of working, and drive development toward more standardized, automated, and efficient processes. You will also serve as a central expert in the development of the Relex planning system.

This position suits someone who wants to combine operational analysis with strategic development. You will have the opportunity to take a central role in building a data-driven Supply Chain, influence the business, and help shape new ways of working in an organization with strong development potential.

Requirements

Several years of experience from a complex Supply Chain operation
Strong analytical ability with academic background
Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with complex models and large datasets
Experience of data-driven analysis, forecasting or decision support
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Experience from retail or pharmacy industry is meriting
Experience of Relex or similar planning systems is meriting

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analyses to identify patterns, trends, and deviations in data
Create insights that strengthen forecasting, inventory management, and operational efficiency
Develop and improve the forecasting process through analysis of seasonal variations, bias, and hard-to-forecast items
Identify inefficient planning routines and drive improvement initiatives
Develop and implement automated solutions such as optimized ordering rules
Prepare decision support related to inventory optimization, service level, and capital binding
Optimize processes and parameters related to inventory placement, delivery frequency, and goods flows
Act as Super User in Relex and support the organization in system use and development
