Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role oversees materials planning, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving to support current and future business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage materials planning, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong background in demand and supply alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience overseeing production and supply planning with S&OP processes.
  • Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams through training and performance management.
  • Ability to manage departmental budgets and drive operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and oversee materials planning, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
  • Attract, retain, and develop a diverse team through effective training, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Manage departmental budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with site and divisional financial objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams to deliver products on time and in full.
  • Oversee site scheduling to balance customer demand, operational priorities, and capacity constraints.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain continuity of supply.
