About this role

Baptist Health is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst I to join our team in a remote capacity, with residency required in Kentucky or Indiana. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain Business Analytics and focuses on routine data extraction, report generation, and variance analysis for defined projects of limited scope.

In this position, you will assist in monitoring key performance indicators and support the tracking of savings initiatives and contract compliance metrics. You will utilize data from established sources including Premier Spend Advisor/Dashboard, Qlik, and PeopleSoft, working under the guidance of senior team members to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain colleagues and interface with internal customers as directed, learning to interpret data within standardized templates and reporting frameworks. Your findings will be reviewed prior to distribution, contributing to broader analytical efforts that support the team's established goals.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of how data analysis informs supply chain strategy and operations at Baptist Health. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in health care analytics and/or supply chain management and/or financial/business analytics.
  • Specific category market knowledge of key medical/surgical products, capital & non-capital equipment, and services preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of handling multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
