Join our team at Cencora Alloga as a part-time Class 1 HGV Driver with shunting experience in South Normanton. Provide a professional customer delivery service while maintaining a safe and competent standard of driving. Deliver to UK destinations only from our distribution centre on South Normanton/Derby Commercial Park.

Deliver goods promptly and safely, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays or issues. Complete documentation accurately, including proof of deliveries and returns.

Maintain a high level of vehicle cleanliness and road safety, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations. Conduct daily vehicle walkaround checks and manage secure loading practices. Report any risks, incidents, or temperature excursions as they arise.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience
Shunting experience
Excellent customer care and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Smart appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Flexible approach to work
NVQ Level 2
Sound knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
