Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport cannabis products to our customers. This role combines a passion for driving with a commitment to reliability and exceptional customer service standards.

Each day begins with loading the delivery van for scheduled deliveries. Drivers interpret and execute state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery, manage required documents, and ensure manifests are completed and ready for filing.

Drivers maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff and communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries. The role also involves working knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including changing tires and checking fluids.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in the growing cannabis industry with a company that values professionalism and integrity. Prior cannabis experience is not required, making this an accessible entry point for dedicated drivers.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional driving experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state-specific cannabis employment requirements
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs
  • Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
  • Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of applicable cannabis laws and regulations, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules

Responsibilities

  • Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day
  • Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
  • Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper documents are kept and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff
  • Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as changing tires and checking fluids
  • Operate point of sale system, computer, and office productivity machinery for order processing and recordkeeping
  • Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently
