About this role

Too Good To Go has an ambitious mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. The Logistics Manager is directly accountable for the operational execution and vendor account management of our logistics network within a designated cluster of markets.

In this highly tactical role, you will own the operational governance of 3PLs and last-mile carriers, holding them strictly accountable to SLAs and cost parameters. You act as the ultimate escalation point for daily friction and champion the post-purchase delivery experience.

You will lead a team of Logistics Specialists, taking full responsibility for their daily output, engagement, and performance. You work closely with Operational Excellence and Finance to track and control end-to-end supply chain costs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either German or Dutch.
  • Proven experience managing 3PLs and last-mile carriers in an operational logistics environment.
  • Strong ability to hold vendors accountable to SLAs, processes, and cost parameters.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of logistics professionals.
  • Analytical skills to track, audit, and control end-to-end supply chain operational costs.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain operations and surplus food logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage international company.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational and tactical account management of 3PLs and last-mile partners.
  • Hold external vendors strictly accountable to established SLAs, processes, and costs in MBRs/QBRs.
  • Act as the ultimate escalation point for daily operational friction.
  • Champion the post-purchase and delivery experience by analyzing care metrics and leveraging operational adjustments.
  • Work closely with Finance to track, audit, and tightly control end-to-end supply chain operational costs.
  • Direct and develop a team of Logistics Specialists, taking responsibility for their daily output, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Own the continuous improvement roadmap with 3PLs, aligned with internal and external needs.
  • Actively influence the Logistics strategic roadmap and collaborate with Operational Excellence teams.
