About this role

The Part-time Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for driving the delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. This role provides exceptional customer service both within the store and while delivering products to clients.

Daily work includes delivering products safely and efficiently, following designated routes and time schedules, and loading and unloading the company vehicle. Drivers also prepare orders by mixing and tinting products to customer specifications while accurately identifying and matching paint colors.

In addition to deliveries, the position involves assisting customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions. Responsibilities include accurately processing cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services.

The role operates in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling across store hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. Collaboration with coworkers and managers helps maintain smooth workflow while handling physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must have a Valid Driver's License.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
Basic computer skills and math skills.
High school diploma or comparable certification (GED).
Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English).
Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service positions is a plus but not required.
