About this role
Focus on safety, service, cost, professionalism, and respect while managing a fleet of Class A drivers. This role ensures customer satisfaction, equipment utilization, and DOT compliance across all operations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include dispatching drivers, ensuring accurate load entry and on-time delivery, and creating freight bills with exceptional attention to detail. You will also audit fuel purchases and ensure all equipment receives timely PM/BIT inspections.
Work closely with the Site Manager to enforce company safety policies, assist with safety training through bulletins and monthly tailgate meetings, and complete monthly IIPP Yard and Office Safety Checklists. Collaboration and integrity are key in this fast-paced logistics environment.
This position offers the opportunity to serve as backup for administrative duties and take on current projects or reporting requirements as assigned. Growth comes from leading by example and fostering a culture of professionalism and respect.

- Create freight bills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure all company safety policies are understood and enforced; assist with safety training via bulletins and monthly tailgate meetings
- Audit all fuel purchases daily and ensure preventable damages are charged to the responsible party
- Ensure all assigned tractors and trailers receive PM/BIT inspections within timelines and report equipment damages promptly
