About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end production and shipping. This role ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining data accuracy and strong stakeholder relationships across global and regional teams. Reporting to the Supply Operations Manager, you will drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor production status with vendors, buying offices, and regional hubs to ensure on-time delivery. Build relationships with factories, logistics partners, and 3PL providers for quality production and efficient warehouse operations. Track inbound shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize disruptions. Create and maintain master data, purchase orders, and vendor records in SAP and related systems like Infor. Based at Head Office in the CBD, this is a hybrid role with weekly office and work-from-home arrangements.

Support supply chain optimization, mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide accurate inbound visibility and reporting to aid business decision-making. Join a dynamic team focused on corporate responsibility and equal opportunity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within retail, apparel, or FMCG industries
  • Prior experience working with international vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including production, shipping, and distribution
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with exposure to Infor Nexus or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on production status with vendors, buying offices, and regional hubs to ensure on-time delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and vendors to ensure production meets quality, quantity, and timeline expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with logistics partners to ensure shipments are delivered in full with accurate documentation
  • Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure efficient warehouse operations and inbound processing
  • Track inbound shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize disruptions
  • Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of master data and purchase orders in SAP and related systems
  • Provide accurate inbound visibility and reporting to support business decision-making
