At Fieldpiece Instruments, we build tools that HVACR professionals trust, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst / NPI to play a critical role in bringing innovative products to market while ensuring supply continuity, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

In this highly visible role, you will drive supply chain readiness for new product introductions, including planning, lead-time alignment, and inventory strategies. You will coordinate ERP setup for new SKUs, establish launch performance metrics, and identify supply chain risks that could impact launch timelines. You will also coordinate RFQs and supplier evaluations to support strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and global suppliers to balance supply and demand strategies. Fieldpiece offers a hybrid schedule and a culture of curiosity where you have the support to innovate boldly and grow continuously. This position is based in Orange, CA with an exciting move to Tustin in mid-2028.

This role provides direct impact on new product launches and business growth, with exposure to global supply chains and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will influence key operational decisions through data-driven analysis and work cross-functionally with leaders across the organization. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, planning, procurement, or operations.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or phase-gate product launches (preferred).
  • Background in manufacturing, electronics, HVAC, or durable goods industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with global sourcing and supplier management (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive supply chain readiness for new product introductions (NPI), including planning, lead-time alignment, and inventory strategies.
  • Establish and monitor launch performance metrics to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Coordinate ERP setup for new SKUs and maintain accurate planning parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that could impact launch timelines.
  • Coordinate RFQs and supplier evaluations for new products and components.
  • Analyze inventory, lead times, service levels, and supply performance to support business decisions.
  • Support the S&OP process through reporting, scenario planning, and actionable insights.
  • Track supplier performance through KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
