About this role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager Assistant to support the Logistics Manager in the global coordination of logistics operations, ensuring proper warehouse functioning, process monitoring, and continuous improvement. This role combines cross-functional coordination responsibilities with hands-on operational participation when business needs require it. The position is based in Totana, Region of Murcia.

Day-to-day, you will assist in planning and organizing operations, ensuring coordination between Inbound, Outbound, Stock, and Tyres areas. You will track logistics KPIs and propose improvement actions, manage consumables and packaging materials, and conduct internal health and safety audits while following up on preventive measures. You will also serve as a super user of the system for section managers and step in during critical operations and peak activity periods.

Requirements

  • Training in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience in warehouse and operational coordination
  • Experience in high-activity logistics environments
  • Professional English minimum B2, C1 valued
  • Logistics and supply chain terminology in English
  • End-to-end logistics processes knowledge
  • ERP/WMS experience (SAP valued)
  • Advanced Excel skills
