The Fleet Manager takes responsibility for all elements of the local fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes, ensuring they are charged, safe, and positioned correctly. This revenue-share role suits entrepreneurial individuals or logistics businesses ready to scale operations.

Earnings tie directly to results, offering $800 per week potential from 125 vehicles daily and more based on performance. Independent contractors manage their own schedule, tools, and equipment to meet market needs.

Requirements

Own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes
Fleet owners with multiple vehicles/drivers encouraged to apply
Access to a garage, warehouse, or commercial facility with electricity highly preferred
Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record
Ability to manage own schedule and workload as independent contractor
Entrepreneurial mindset ready to hit the ground running

Responsibilities

Utilize vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes daily
Ensure timely repair and general maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes to uphold brand standards and rider safety
Manage end-to-end operation of assigned portfolio, positioning vehicles in high-demand areas
Problem-solve in real-time to overcome obstacles, prioritize tasks, and navigate local geography efficiently
Charge vehicles and position fleet correctly to meet community transportation needs
