About this role

Pepsi Beverages North America is seeking a Local Delivery Driver with a valid U.S. CDL A to join our team in Amarillo. You will be home every night, earning $28.00 per hour while delivering and handling Pepsi products across various customer locations.

Day to day, you will deliver products to each stop, lifting and loading cases weighing 20-45 lbs, and using industry-leading technology to service customers. You'll also rotate and stock Pepsi items on shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure every account meets local standards.

Requirements

21 years or older
Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable); California locations may accept non-excepted intrastate in some areas
Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable)
Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Helpful experience: operating trucks requiring a valid CDL (forward/backward driving, tight maneuvers)
Helpful experience: merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, eliminating out-of-stocks)
Helpful experience: operating equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns

Responsibilities

Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location, including both large and small format stops
Lift, load, push, and pull cases ranging from 20-45 lbs per case at each stop
Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met and build positive working relationships
Use industry-leading technology and tools to service the customer and execute all promotions
Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers according to local standards
Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift and follow DOT regulations
Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
