About this role

Pepsi Beverages North America is seeking a Local Delivery Driver with a valid U.S. CDL A to join our team in Amarillo. You will be home every night, earning $28.00 per hour while delivering and handling Pepsi products across various customer locations.

Day to day, you will deliver products to each stop, lifting and loading cases weighing 20-45 lbs, and using industry-leading technology to service customers. You'll also rotate and stock Pepsi items on shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure every account meets local standards.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable); California locations may accept non-excepted intrastate in some areas
  • Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable)
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Helpful experience: operating trucks requiring a valid CDL (forward/backward driving, tight maneuvers)
  • Helpful experience: merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, eliminating out-of-stocks)
  • Helpful experience: operating equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location, including both large and small format stops
  • Lift, load, push, and pull cases ranging from 20-45 lbs per case at each stop
  • Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met and build positive working relationships
  • Use industry-leading technology and tools to service the customer and execute all promotions
  • Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers according to local standards
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift and follow DOT regulations
  • Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
